Any parent or community member who volunteers on campus or on a field trip must complete a Bellevue School District volunteer form and satisfy a required, one-time only background check.

We encourage all parent volunteers to turn in the form at the start of the school year if you have not already done so. Just drop the form off at the Cherry Crest office with a copy of your Driver's License (the office has forms available and is happy to make a copy of your license, too).

The form is sent to the Bellevue School District VIBES office for processing. They notify the school once a volunteer has been cleared to volunteer. Don't wait! Get approved now.
